1. Processing Time:

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after they are placed.

However, during sale seasons or promotional periods orders might suffer a slight delay due to an excessive number of orders being filled out.

Orders placed from Friday to Sunday, or holiday will be processed the following business day.

Available merchandise will be shipped with standard shipping methods, pre-orderable items will be shipped right after items are available in stock.

Processing times may vary during peak seasons or promotional periods.

2. Shipping Rates:

We offer a wide range of flexible delivery options to have your products delivered when it suits you.

FREE SHIPPING (3-5 DAYS): for Orders over 70,00$

STANDARD SHIPPING (3-5 DAYS - 4,90 $ USD): for Orders between 0,00$ and 69,99$

Express Shipping available in the following countries (paid service): United States

Standard Shipping available in the following countries (free service): United States

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the chosen shipping method.

Free shipping may be available for qualifying orders. Refer to our website or promotional materials for details.

DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) such as taxes, custom fees and import fees are not included at checkout, these are the sole responsibility of the client and will not be reimbursed by us.

3. Shipping Methods:

Orders placed separately will be shipped separately.

Use the tracking number to monitor your shipment's status.

5. International Shipping:

We offer international shipping to select countries.

International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination.

6. Customs and Import Duties:

Customers are responsible for any customs or import duties that may apply.

Delays due to customs processes are beyond our control.

All shipments are accompanied with an official invoice with the exact declared value of each item in dollars. Sale and discounted items reflect discounted prices. Worth of goods will be publicly available on the package’s insert for tax reasons on all orders.

 

7. Lost or Stolen Packages:

NoMoreColds is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Ensure your shipping address is accurate.

Report issues with lost or stolen packages directly to the carrier.


8. Address Changes:

Verify the accuracy of your shipping address before completing your order.

Contact our customer support team immediately (within max 12 hours) for address changes.

Once orders are sent they can no longer be cancelled and change of delivery address is no longer possible, please make sure to fill out a correct address.


9. Delivery Issues:

We will not be held responsible for a delay in shipment caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond our control.

Please note that during promotions and sales there may be delays in immediate shipping.


10. Holiday Shipping:

Shipping times may be subject to delays during holidays. Place orders well in advance for timely delivery.

In regard to the commercial policy described above, we reserve the right to not process orders from persons that are not the Final Customer and any other orders that are not in conformity with the said commercial policies. We reserve the right to decline to process an order and/or offer services to anyone at any time. We reserve the right to decline an order in the event that the order does not receive express verification or approval from the Client’s bank.
